Can I request changes to my order and delivery?
We work to get your order to you as quickly as possible, so once your order is placed and the status is processing, it may not be possible to make changes.
Orders with a status of shipped or complete we cannot amend as your order is on its way to you.
To request a shipping upgrade, contact Customer Support with the subject listed as ‘UPGRADE SHIPPING’. We will do our best to accommodate your request but cannot guarantee a shorter delivery time frame.
Request Urgent Delivery
While we do not offer overnight delivery, we can sometimes prioritise delivery. If your order is urgent, please select Express delivery option **country applicable.
What if it's too late to update my order?
If you entered the wrong address please let us know and we'll contact our postal service provider to ask that they update this for you or return your delivery to us. If they are able to return to us we will then contact you to confirm the correct address.
