Payment Declined

Your card may be declined for a number of reasons: the card has expired; you are over your credit limit; insufficent funds, a 1st time order or the card issuer bank sees suspicious activity that could be a sign of fraud.

How to resolve a declined card payment? 

Payment declined do not honor

New cards, a 1st time order, the payments to Abler may be required to be authorized by the card issuer's bank . Please contact your bank and request a payment be authorized to Abler. Upon authorization by the card issuer, log in to your account and checkout, and the charge will be approved.

Insufficient funds

If you are using a debit card and your account has insufficient funds, the transaction will be declined. Similarly, if you're using a credit card and you've hit your credit limit , the purchase will be declined.

What is 3D Secure verification failed?

Zip Code error

When setting up your Abler account, one of the fields that you have to fulfil is the ZIP/Postal code field.  

It may happen at checkout, you will receive the error notification stating that your ZIPCODE is invalid. This error occurs when the ZIP code that you have provided is not the same as the ZIP code and actual address assigned to your Credit Card.

The most likely reason for this situation is that the ZIP code of your Credit Card matches the another address. 

The best way for you to get the correct ZIP code is to contact the bank that has issued the Credit Card for you. Your bank should provide you with this information on the spot. Also, if you have any bills or documents on which you can find your Credit Card’s info, you can use the address provided there as well. 

Once you have the correct billing details, add new address to your Abler account.
