What is 3D Secure verification failed?

If you receive a "3D Authentication failed" error, it means that you have not entered the required information successfully. Check "pop ups" are allowed on your device. Blocking a pop up will prevent you form entering the security information to verify your card. Also check CAPS LOCK is off, as verification format may require lowercase text.

What is 3D Secure Authentication?

3D Secure (3-domain structure) Authentication, also known as a payer authentication, is a security protocol that helps to prevent fraud for online credit card and debit card transactions. It allows banks to request extra details from a card holder to verity a purchase. 

If the error remains, please contact your credit card issuer – which is usually a bank – for additional information.
